Come to the Employee Resource Fair (Oct. 6)!
We welcome you back in-person this year for the first on campus Employee Resource Fair since 2019!
Open to all Penn staff and faculty, the fair provides access to information on the vast and varied resources and services available to employees. The Fair is made possible by PPSA’s partnerships with the offices of the Executive Vice President, the Division of Human Resources, and Penn Campus Recreation.
- Date: Thursday, October 6, 2022
- Time: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
- Location: Pottruck Health & Fitness Center, 3701 Walnut Street (Please enter at the Sansom Street door)
- Entry: Please bring your PennCard to enter building and ERF
PRIZE DRAWING: PennCard swipe entry will automatically enter attendees into the ERF prize drawing at the end of the Fair!
PLUS…Visit the Penn Campus Recreation and Fair check-in tables to redeem a two-week trial Campus Recreation membership
AND… The University Archives and Records Center have arranged for Penn’s vendors, DocuVault and Gigabiter, to be on hand free of charge for Penn employees during the Fair. DocuVault is a shredding service, while Gigabiter handles electronic records and equipment. Both vendors provide a great opportunity to reduce risks – such as the possibility of identity theft – by securely disposing of confidential papers & electronic records and equipment (e.g., computers, hard drives, old TVs, monitors, and other personal consumer electronics) that are no longer needed. These vendors will be in the parking spaces on Walnut Street outside Pottruck.
