Collaboration & Conflict Virtual Institute is designed for an interdisciplinary audience and is modeled after the popular graduate-level course at Penn GSE. In this program, you will explore why effective leadership is a cognitively demanding task requiring both high emotional intelligence and expert technical skill. You will practice concrete strategies and innovative approaches that will help you lead yourself, others, and your teams.
